Guest plans are permanently deleted after 30 days without activity. Save with your email to keep them.
What we store
When you open the calculator, couldbuild creates a private guest session. Your calculator inputs and named plans autosave to that session. We do not connect to your bank or import transactions.
Guest plan deletion
Guest plans are permanently deleted after 30 consecutive days without plan activity. Opening or changing a guest plan refreshes its activity date. This cleanup cannot be undone.
Saving with email
If you use a magic link, your guest plans move into the verified email account. Saved plans are not part of the 30-day guest cleanup. You can delete them from the app.
Sharing
Plan owners can invite a specific email address as a viewer or editor. Invitation tokens expire, access is enforced in Postgres row-level security, and owners can revoke access.
Calculator limits
couldbuild provides estimates, not lending approval, financial advice, valuation, tax advice, or legal advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for a property decision.
Deleting plans
Owners can permanently delete plans inside the app. Deleting a plan also removes its invitations and shared access.
